Ms. Denise Paglia - Denise is a popular and respected leader of fitness and personal training. Denise has appeared as host and fitness instructor on numerous ESPN fitness shows including Fitness Beach, Cyberfit, & Bodyshaping. She has been featured in numerous commercials and television appearances.  Denise is a champion athlete that placed in the 1992 &  1993 Fitness America National Pageant and 5th place in the 1995 Fitness Olympia.  
Ms. Paglia was the featured cover celebrity of the first edition of Weider publication's Muscle & Fitness Hers, & is now a popular contributing writer to that publication.  
Denise has been a personal trainer for over 14 years, recently providing  fitness lectures for US armed forces, & has been utilizing regular chiropractic care into her fitness routing for over 10 years.
